1. 导言 | Introduction

本《AdventureX 2026 用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）适用于你访问、注册、登录、使用 AdventureX 2026、AdventureX Passport、United Portal 及我们围绕赛事提供的相关网站、页面、账号体系、报名系统、活动服务与附属功能（以下统称“平台”）的全部行为。

This AdventureX 2026 Usage Agreement (the "Agreement") applies to all of your acts of accessing, registering for, logging into, and using AdventureX 2026, AdventureX Passport, United Portal, and all related websites, pages, account systems, registration systems, event services, and ancillary features we provide in connection with the Event (collectively, the "Platform").

当你开始访问或使用平台，即视为你已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议及我们依法发布的相关规则、说明、公告、公示文件的约束。若你不同意本协议的全部或部分内容，你应立即停止访问或使用平台。

By accessing or using the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable rules, notices, explanations, and disclosures lawfully published by us. If you do not agree to all or part of this Agreement, you must immediately stop accessing or using the Platform.

本协议与隐私政策分工不同：隐私政策主要说明个人资料处理规则；本协议主要约定账号使用、服务边界、活动参与、知识产权、违约处理及责任分配等事项。

This Agreement serves a different purpose from the Privacy Policy: the Privacy Policy explains personal data processing rules, while this Agreement mainly governs account use, service boundaries, event participation, intellectual property, breach handling, and allocation of responsibilities.

2. 平台服务与使用许可 | Platform Services and License

平台旨在支持 AdventureX 2026 相关的账号注册、身份验证、活动浏览、访客资格申请、参赛申请、通知触达、信息管理、安全验证及其他我们不时开放的功能。

The Platform is intended to support AdventureX 2026-related account registration, identity verification, event browsing, visitor qualification applications, competition applications, notifications, information management, security verification, and other functions we may make available from time to time.

在你遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、可撤销的、不可转让的、非独占的、非商业性的有限使用许可，用于合法访问和使用平台。除本协议明确授予的权利外，平台及其全部相关权利仍由我们或相应权利人保留。

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial limited license to lawfully access and use the Platform. Except for the rights expressly granted under this Agreement, all rights in and to the Platform remain reserved by us or the relevant right holders.

你应自行准备访问平台所需的设备、网络环境及基础软件，并自行承担相应的网络、通信、电力或设备费用。

You are responsible for preparing the devices, network environment, and basic software required to access the Platform, and for bearing the corresponding internet, communication, electricity, or equipment costs.

3. 账号注册、资格与安全 | Account Registration, Eligibility and Security

3.1 资格与真实信息 | Eligibility and Accurate Information

你在注册或使用平台时，应具备适用法律要求的行为能力，并保证你提交的信息真实、准确、完整、最新且不具有误导性。

When registering for or using the Platform, you must have the legal capacity required by applicable law and ensure that the information you submit is true, accurate, complete, up to date, and not misleading.

你确认，注册平台账号的用户应至少年满 14 周岁。未满 14 周岁的自然人不得注册、登录或使用需要注册的核心平台功能。

You confirm that users registering for a Platform account must be at least 14 years old. Natural persons under the age of 14 may not register for, log into, or use the core Platform features that require registration.

如你年满 14 周岁但未满 18 周岁，你应在监护人陪同下阅读本协议及隐私政策，并仅可在监护人明确同意后注册、登录、报名、提交资料或继续使用平台。我们有权在必要时要求你补充年龄、监护关系或监护人同意证明。

If you are at least 14 years old but under 18, you must review this Agreement and the Privacy Policy together with your guardian, and you may register, sign in, apply, submit materials, or continue using the Platform only after obtaining the guardian's explicit consent. We may require you to provide age, guardianship, or guardian-consent evidence where necessary.

若你代表团队、学校、组织或其他主体提交信息，你应确保已取得充分授权；若你提交了第三方信息（例如团队成员信息、推荐人信息、监护人信息），你应确保你有权提交且相关第三方已被适当告知。

If you submit information on behalf of a team, school, organization, or another entity, you must ensure that you have sufficient authorization. If you submit third-party information (such as team member, referee, or guardian information), you must ensure that you are entitled to do so and that the relevant third party has been appropriately informed.

3.2 账号归属与限制 | Account Ownership and Restrictions

平台账号原则上仅供账号注册人本人使用。未经我们书面同意，你不得赠与、借用、出租、转让、出售或以其他方式允许他人使用你的账号。

Platform accounts are, in principle, for use only by the registered account holder. Without our written consent, you may not give, lend, lease, transfer, sell, or otherwise allow others to use your account.

你应妥善保管登录凭证、验证码、通行密钥及其他安全要素，并对你账号项下发生的操作承担责任；但法律另有规定、或能够证明存在非因你原因导致的异常使用情形的除外。

You must keep your login credentials, verification codes, passkeys, and other security factors properly safeguarded and remain responsible for activities conducted under your account, except where otherwise required by law or where you can demonstrate that abnormal use occurred for reasons not attributable to you.

3.3 账号处置 | Account Measures

若你违反本协议、提交虚假信息、存在安全风险、长期未按要求完成必要验证、或我们有合理理由认为账号存在异常、冒用、滥用情形，我们有权采取要求更正、限制功能、暂停服务、冻结账号、关闭账号、拒绝重新注册等措施。

If you breach this Agreement, submit false information, create security risks, fail to complete required verification, or if we reasonably believe that your account is abnormal, impersonated, or abused, we may require correction, restrict functions, suspend services, freeze the account, close the account, or refuse re-registration.

我们也可依据适用规则处理账号注销、长期未使用账号的冻结或回收、以及为保障平台安全而采取的额外身份核验措施；具体处理将以届时生效的规则、通知和站内提示为准。

We may also handle account cancellation, freezing or reclaiming of long-unused accounts, and additional identity verification measures required for platform security in accordance with applicable rules. The specific handling measures shall be governed by the rules, notices, and in-product prompts effective at the relevant time.

4. 活动参与与报名规则 | Event Participation and Registration Rules

平台可能同时提供访客通道、参赛通道及其他专项活动通道。不同通道对应不同资格要求、材料要求、审核标准、权利内容及后续流程。

The Platform may provide visitor channels, competition channels, and other special activity channels at the same time. Different channels may correspond to different eligibility requirements, material requirements, review standards, rights, and follow-up procedures.

你理解并同意，提交申请并不当然意味着获得入场资格、参赛资格、奖金、补贴、孵化机会、证书、推荐资格或任何其他结果；最终结果以我们、评审方、合作方依据规则作出的正式通知、公示或确认文件为准。

You understand and agree that submission of an application does not automatically mean that you will obtain admission, competition eligibility, prizes, subsidies, incubation opportunities, certificates, referral qualifications, or any other outcome. Final results are subject to our formal notices, disclosures, or confirmations, or those of reviewers or partners in accordance with the applicable rules.

如某一赛道、专项活动、奖金计划、补贴计划或合作项目需要你额外同意补充条款、活动规则、评审规则、合作方规则或承诺函，你应在参与前单独阅读并确认。相关补充文件与本协议共同构成完整约定；若发生冲突，以就特定事项作出更具体约定的文件为准。

If a track, special activity, prize program, subsidy program, or partner project requires you to accept supplementary terms, activity rules, review rules, partner rules, or undertaking letters, you must separately review and confirm them before participating. Such supplementary documents form part of the overall agreement together with this Agreement. If there is any conflict, the document that more specifically governs the relevant matter shall prevail.

如你参与赞助商联合参与、评审、孵化或奖励支持的专项赛道，你理解该等赛道可能有额外准入条件、材料要求、展示要求、评审安排或权益限制。你是否进入相关赛道及其后续流程，以该赛道的明确规则和你的单独确认内容为准。

If you participate in a special track involving sponsor-supported review, incubation, or rewards, you understand that such track may have additional access conditions, material requirements, presentation requirements, review arrangements, or entitlement limitations. Your admission to and continuation in such track are subject to the applicable track rules and your separate confirmations.

对于未成年人，我们不会向合作方共享其个人资料。因此，凡以向合作方共享个人资料为前提的评审、奖励、孵化或配套服务流程，未成年人可能无法进入或继续参与，除非届时另行建立并公示符合法律要求的未成年人保护机制。

We do not share minors' personal data with partner organizations. Accordingly, minors may be unable to enter or continue any review, reward, incubation, or ancillary-service workflow that depends on sharing personal data with partners, unless a legally compliant child-protection mechanism is later established and separately announced for that workflow.

5. 用户行为规范 | User Conduct Rules

你不得利用平台从事任何违法违规、侵害他人权益、扰乱平台秩序或损害赛事、公序良俗、网络安全的行为，包括但不限于：

You must not use the Platform for any unlawful, non-compliant, rights-infringing, order-disrupting, event-damaging, immoral, or cybersecurity-threatening conduct, including but not limited to:

提交虚假、伪造、冒用、误导性材料或身份信息；
submitting false, forged, impersonated, or misleading materials or identity information;
批量注册、恶意占用账号、规避审核、绕过安全验证或测试限制；
mass registration, malicious occupation of accounts, evasion of review, bypassing security verification, or circumventing restrictions;
抓取、镜像、反向工程、干扰、攻击、探测、扫描、注入恶意代码、传播病毒或以自动化方式调用平台；
scraping, mirroring, reverse engineering, interfering with, attacking, probing, scanning, injecting malicious code into, spreading viruses through, or automatically calling the Platform;
使用任何插件、外挂、系统或第三方工具，对平台的正常运行进行干扰、破坏、修改或施加其他影响，包括但不限于使用自动化程序、软件或类似工具接入平台，收集、抓取、分析或处理其中的信息、内容或数据；
using any plug-in, cheat, system, or third-party tool to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to using automated programs, software, or similar tools to access, collect, scrape, analyze, or process any information, content, or data on the Platform;
冒用他人姓名、肖像、名称、商标、身份或其他权利标识；
impersonating another person's name, image, designation, trademark, identity, or other rights-bearing identifier;
提交侵犯第三方知识产权、隐私权、名誉权或其他合法权益的内容；
submitting content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy, reputation, or other lawful rights and interests;
通过作弊、串通、技术手段、虚假陈述等方式获取资格、奖励、补贴、流量、展示机会或其他利益。
obtaining eligibility, rewards, subsidies, traffic, exposure, or other benefits through cheating, collusion, technical means, or false statements.

如你违反本条，我们有权根据风险程度采取删除内容、限制展示、限制账号功能、取消活动资格、撤回奖励、终止服务、追究责任等处理措施。

If you breach this Section, we may, depending on the risk level, delete content, limit visibility, restrict account functions, cancel activity qualifications, withdraw rewards, terminate services, or pursue liability.

6. 用户内容、陈述与授权 | User Content, Representations and Authorization

你对你提交、上传、填写、发布或以其他方式提供给平台的全部内容负责，包括但不限于文字、图片、视频、项目介绍、简历、作品、链接、附件及其他材料（统称“用户内容”）。

You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, complete, publish, or otherwise provide to the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, videos, project descriptions, resumes, works, links, attachments, and other materials (collectively, "User Content").

你声明并保证：你对用户内容拥有合法权利或充分授权；用户内容不违反法律法规，不侵犯任何第三方权利，不违反你对任何第三方承担的保密义务或其他义务。

You represent and warrant that you have lawful rights or sufficient authorization in the User Content; that the User Content does not violate laws or regulations, infringe any third-party rights, or breach any confidentiality or other obligations you owe to any third party.

为实现赛事报名审核、活动组织、评审、公示、展示、传播、存档、复盘、公益宣传及与赛事直接相关的合理运营目的，你同意授予我们一项全球范围内、非独占、可转授权、免许可费的使用权，以在上述目的所必需的范围内使用你的用户内容；但该授权不意味着你的作品或项目知识产权当然转让给我们，除非你与我们另有书面约定。

To the extent necessary for application review, event organization, judging, publication, display, dissemination, archiving, post-event review, public-interest promotion, and other reasonable operations directly related to the Event, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use your User Content. However, such license does not mean that the intellectual property in your works or projects is automatically transferred to us, unless otherwise agreed by you and us in writing.

如你参与需要公开展示、路演、作品演示、媒体传播或后续孵化对接的活动模块，你同意我们在相关规则、公示或通知载明的范围内，对你的团队名称、项目名称、项目简介、展示材料、现场照片或录像进行合理使用。

If you participate in activity modules requiring public display, roadshows, demos, media dissemination, or follow-up incubation matching, you agree that we may reasonably use your team name, project name, project summary, presentation materials, on-site photos, or recordings within the scope stated in the applicable rules, disclosures, or notices.

在不改变你作品或项目知识产权归属的一般前提下，你进一步同意我们可为赛事回顾、官方宣传、公益传播、社区展示、赞助商与媒体沟通、往届案例归档及后续相关活动推广之目的，在合理范围内使用你的团队名称、项目名称、项目简介、公开展示材料、路演片段、现场照片、现场录像及获奖信息，但法律法规另有要求、你与我们另有特别书面约定、或相关内容依法不得公开的除外。

Without changing the general ownership of the intellectual property in your works or projects, you further agree that we may, within a reasonable scope, use your team name, project name, project summary, publicly presented materials, demo excerpts, on-site photos, on-site videos, and award information for event recaps, official promotion, public-interest outreach, community showcases, sponsor and media communications, archiving of prior-year cases, and promotion of related future activities, except where otherwise required by law, otherwise specially agreed by you and us in writing, or where the relevant content may not lawfully be made public.

7. 知识产权与平台资产 | Intellectual Property and Platform Assets

平台本身及其包含的界面设计、页面结构、代码、数据库、文案、图形、标识、商标、音视频素材、组织资料等内容的相关权利，由我们或相应权利人依法享有。

The Platform itself and the rights in its interface design, page structure, code, databases, copy, graphics, identifiers, trademarks, audiovisual materials, and organizational materials are legally owned by us or the corresponding right holders.

未经我们事先书面同意，你不得复制、转载、改编、出版、展览、公开传播、反向工程、出售、许可或以其他方式使用平台内容，法律明确允许的除外。

Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, republish, adapt, publish, exhibit, publicly disseminate, reverse engineer, sell, license, or otherwise use Platform content, except as expressly permitted by law.

8. 第三方服务与外部链接 | Third-Party Services and External Links

平台可能接入或链接第三方服务、网页、工具、身份验证服务、支付服务、分析服务、云服务、邮件服务、赞助商页面或合作方页面。该等第三方服务并非当然由我们控制，其服务条款、隐私政策、可用性、准确性、稳定性及后果，通常应由相应第三方自行负责。

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, webpages, tools, identity verification services, payment services, analytics services, cloud services, email services, sponsor pages, or partner pages. Such third-party services are not necessarily under our control, and their terms, privacy policies, availability, accuracy, stability, and consequences are generally the responsibility of the relevant third party.

你在使用第三方服务前，应自行阅读其适用规则并独立判断风险。除法律另有规定外，我们不对第三方服务本身承担保证责任；但我们会在合理范围内审查并管理与平台直接相关的合作接入。

Before using third-party services, you should review their applicable rules and independently assess the risks. Unless otherwise required by law, we do not guarantee third-party services as such, although we will review and manage integrations directly related to the Platform within a reasonable scope.

9. 奖励、补贴、税务与撤回 | Rewards, Subsidies, Tax and Withdrawal

如平台或赛事设置奖金、补贴、报销、礼品、孵化支持、差旅支持或其他权益，其具体发放标准、适用条件、审核流程、凭证要求、税务处理及撤回机制，以对应活动规则、公示信息、通知或补充协议为准。

If the Platform or Event provides prizes, subsidies, reimbursements, gifts, incubation support, travel support, or other benefits, the specific issuance standards, eligibility conditions, review procedures, documentation requirements, tax treatment, and withdrawal mechanisms shall be governed by the corresponding activity rules, disclosures, notices, or supplementary agreements.

如因你提交虚假材料、违反规则、作弊、拒不配合必要审核、或嗣后发现你不符合资格条件，我们有权取消你的资格、拒绝发放、停止发放、撤回已发放的相关权益，并要求返还已取得的利益或其等值金额。

If you submit false materials, violate rules, cheat, refuse to cooperate with necessary review, or are later found to be ineligible, we may cancel your qualification, refuse issuance, stop issuance, withdraw already issued benefits, and require the return of obtained benefits or their monetary equivalent.

如适用法律要求对奖金、补贴或其他收益进行报税、代扣代缴或提供额外资料，你应予以配合；因你未依法履行相关义务而产生的责任，原则上由你自行承担。

If applicable law requires tax reporting, withholding, remittance, or additional documentation in respect of prizes, subsidies, or other proceeds, you must cooperate. In principle, liability arising from your failure to fulfill such obligations in accordance with law shall be borne by you.

10. 服务变更、中断与终止 | Service Changes, Suspension and Termination

我们可基于安全、合规、运营、技术、活动安排、资源调配或不可抗力等原因，对平台的全部或部分功能进行调整、限制、中断、暂停、下线、替换或终止。

For reasons relating to security, compliance, operations, technology, activity arrangements, resource allocation, or force majeure, we may adjust, restrict, interrupt, suspend, take offline, replace, or terminate all or part of the Platform functions.

在法律要求或我们认为适当的范围内，我们会尽合理努力以公告、站内提示、邮件或其他方式提前通知；但对于紧急安全事件、系统故障、监管要求或其他无法提前通知的情形，我们可能无法事先通知。

Where required by law or where we deem appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to give prior notice through announcements, in-product notices, email, or other means. However, in cases of urgent security incidents, system failures, regulatory demands, or other situations where prior notice is not feasible, we may be unable to notify you in advance.

11. 免责声明与责任限制 | Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

平台按“现状”和“可提供”为基础提供。除法律法规明确禁止限制的责任外，我们不对平台持续不间断、绝对无误、完全无漏洞、完全满足你特定目标或与所有第三方服务永久兼容作出明示或默示保证。

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law, we make no express or implied warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, fully fit for your particular purpose, or permanently compatible with all third-party services.

对于因你自身原因、第三方原因、网络环境、设备故障、系统维护、不可抗力、监管措施、黑客攻击、病毒、通信延迟、云服务异常等因素导致的服务中断、数据延迟、页面异常、邮件未达、验证失败、内容丢失或其他损失，在法律允许范围内，我们的责任将依法受到限制。

To the extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited for service interruptions, data delays, page abnormalities, undelivered emails, verification failures, content loss, or other losses caused by your own acts, third parties, network conditions, device failures, maintenance, force majeure, regulatory measures, hacking, viruses, communication delays, or cloud service incidents.

如因你的违约、侵权、违法行为或你提交材料的瑕疵，导致我们、合作方、赞助商、评审方或其他第三方遭受索赔、处罚、损失、支出或责任，你应依法承担相应责任，并在适用法律允许范围内赔偿因此造成的损失。

If your breach, infringement, unlawful act, or defects in materials submitted by you cause us, our partners, sponsors, reviewers, or other third parties to suffer claims, penalties, losses, expenses, or liabilities, you shall bear the corresponding liability according to law and indemnify the resulting losses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. 协议更新、适用规则与联系 | Updates, Governing Rules and Contact

我们可根据法律法规变化、平台运营需要、活动规则更新或服务调整，对本协议进行修订。更新后的协议将在平台公示，并自公示载明的生效日期起生效。若更新涉及重大影响，我们会尽合理努力以显著方式提示你。

We may revise this Agreement in response to changes in laws and regulations, platform operational needs, event rule updates, or service adjustments. The updated Agreement will be published on the Platform and become effective on the date specified in the publication. If the updates materially affect you, we will make reasonable efforts to highlight them.

对于需要你重新确认的重要协议更新，我们可通过站内弹窗、登录页提示、账户中心提示、电子邮件或其他合理方式通知你。在该等更新生效后，如你不同意更新内容，你应立即停止使用平台；在适用情形下，我们可拒绝你继续访问、登录或使用平台的全部或部分功能，直至你完成确认或停止使用。

For important agreement updates requiring renewed confirmation, we may notify you through in-product pop-ups, login-page notices, account-center prompts, email, or other reasonable means. If, after such updates take effect, you do not agree to the updated terms, you must immediately stop using the Platform. Where applicable, we may refuse to allow you to continue accessing, logging into, or using all or part of the Platform functions until you provide the required confirmation or cease use.

12.1 适用法律与争议解决 | Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本协议的订立、生效、履行、解释、更新及争议解决，均适用中华人民共和国香港特别行政区法律，不适用其冲突法规则。

This Agreement, including its formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, updates, and dispute resolution, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

因本协议引起的或与本协议有关的任何争议、纠纷或索赔，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均有权将争议提交至香港特别行政区有管辖权的法院专属管辖。

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for exclusive jurisdiction.
